EMPOWERING EMPLOYEE ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Throughout 2021, we provided loans ranging from $1,000 to $1,200 to support our employees in pursuing their entrepreneurial aspirations. This initiative benefited a total of 20 employees. The attached photograph showcases Mrs. Silvia Cruz, who established a bazaar in her home in Comuna Pechiche, Santa Elena Province.
